Regression therapy covers current life memories some of which may be below the level of our conscious awareness. It enables the conflicts from the past that have been distorting our mental, emotional and physical well-being to be resolved. An example from the current life may be a phobia and a more complex one post traumatic stress from childhood trauma or a life threatening situation. The symptoms may include panic attacks, emotional outbursts, blocked feelings, self harm, numbness, unexplained physical pain or recurring relationship problems.

"Hi Alice, I feel wonderful. I slept 8hrs for the first time this year, I am able to concentrate on anything for more than 5 mins, I have my carefree attitude back and my children all said last night your different mum you haven't been like this for ages, you're not tired, sad or grumpy like you have been and you just seem happy. I am not worrying or playing one hundred different scenarios in my head and am in the present. Alice I am so grateful to you for getting my old self back and I feel really blessed to have been able to meet you yesterday and to be on the receiving end of your beautiful gift. Words do not describe how thankful I am. Claire xxx"
