At the time I started Bootcamp I was juggling school holidays, 3 kids, work & more. But I still found the time to complete the daily exercises. I just made it “my time out” “self love” that I looked forward to each day and the simple exercises that taught me to’ breath properly so I get into my groove for each exercise. I went on holiday during bootcamp too and I did all the exercises back to back on catch up days, in one session. There’s no expectation on BC but personally the more effort you put in and more honest you are with yourself the better the rewards, it’s amazing. You will surprise yourself how powerful your intuition is with certain exercises too. The exercises are colourful, fun, & quick, some will make you dig deep and make you cry but it’s all so worth it, you don’t realise at the time but it’s easy done. You will understand your true self more and love yourself fully!!
